It took eight weeks for the order to be completed before installation could be done. The fireplace has now been installed. Installation went well. Installers were prompt, courteous, professional, and skilled. Gave us a thorough explanation of the operation of the unit. Took about 5 hours to install and the installers left area very clean. The finished installed unit looks great. We are very satisfied.”
